Pike Title was founded by Attorney Aaron Pike after completing his term of service with the United States Air Force in 2018. As a veteran of the military and real estate attorney, he combined his legal expertise and military training to found Pike Title. The result is a Virginia title agency second to none!

The Air Force core values of integrity, service, and excellence guided Attorney Pike during his military service as a legal advisor to commanders and military leaders. He founded Pike Title on those core values and instills them in each team member. Pike Title’s commitment to integrity informs every decision we make, and our dedication to serving clients with excellence is why we love what we do.

MEET OUR LEADER

Aaron Pike

Aaron is a Lynchburg native. After graduating from Liberty University School of Law, he was selected as one of fewer than 3% of applicants to serve in the United States Air Force JAG Corps. There, he became the Chief of Civil Law for Langley Air Force Base, leading a team of lawyers and paralegals through hundreds of legal issues affecting thousands of personnel, including multi-million dollar contract negotiations and real estate transactions. After his service, Aaron returned home to Lynchburg with his wife Nicole and two children. He brings his legal knowledge and expertise to each PIKE TITLE closing.
