These veterans of the military and title and settlement industry combined their legal expertise and military training with over 20 years of settlement agent expertise to found Pike Title. The result is a Virginia title agency second to none!
The Air Force core values of integrity, service, and excellence guided Attorney Pike during his military service as a legal advisor to commanders and military leaders. Aaron is a Lynchburg native. After graduating from Liberty University School of Law, he was selected as one of fewer than 3% of applicants to serve in the United States Air Force JAG Corps. There, he became the Chief of Civil Law for Langley Air Force Base, leading a team of lawyers and paralegals through hundreds of legal issues affecting thousands of personnel, including multi-million dollar contract negotiations and real estate transactions. After his service, Aaron returned home to Lynchburg with his wife Nicole and two children. He brings his legal knowledge and expertise to each PIKE TITLE closing.
Mary Ruth brings decades of title insurance and settlement expertise to each real estate closing. As a licensed Virginia Title Agent and closing specialist, Mary Ruth guides each PIKE TITLE transaction from contract to close, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Mary Ruth is a true local, having lived and worked in Campbell County, Virginia, most of her life. She is a fixture of her community and is known by many for her kind nature and sharp wit. She lives on her family farm with her husband Ralph.
